Your Nusa Penida day starts at Sanur harbour in Bali. This is what the morning looks like, step by step, so you arrive relaxed and on time.
The short answer
- Meet at the Semabu Hill counter at Sanur harbour.
- Arrive 30 minutes before your boat leaves.
- Show the voucher we sent on WhatsApp and collect your boat ticket.
- Your driver meets you when you arrive on Nusa Penida.
1. Before the day
When your booking is confirmed, we send a voucher on WhatsApp with your name, date and boat time. Keep it on your phone. Tour guests usually take the 06.30, 07.00 or 07.30 boat.
2. Getting to Sanur
Transport from your hotel in Bali to Sanur harbour is not part of our tours, so book a taxi or ride app the evening before. The roads are quieter early in the morning, but leave enough time, especially if you stay in Canggu, Seminyak, Kuta or Ubud.
3. At the counter
- Go to the Semabu Hill counter at Sanur harbour.
- Arrive 30 minutes before departure.
- Show your voucher. The counter gives you your boat ticket.
- Wait for your boat to be called, then board with your group.
4. Arriving on Nusa Penida
When you land, your driver meets you at the harbour and your tour begins. On our tours the island retribution and entrance tickets are already included, so you do not need to pay at the gates.
5. Going back
At the end of the day your driver brings you back to the harbour on Nusa Penida. The return works the same way: the Semabu Hill counter, your voucher, then the boat to Sanur.
